6. Limitation of Liability
BrandingStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- With written notice of 30 days
- Immediately for material breach
- Upon completion of the agreed services
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
